Great information Laura. As someone with a disability, I struggled to maintain a healthy weight, but with regular exercise,and activity I have managed to at the very least maintained a healthy lifestyle. Its difficult to ascertain my exact weight but my doctor tells me I dont look any heavier and thats what I use as a barometer, and for motivation to stay status quo.
